Allure Impex Trading PLC offers EU-market-ready, 100% clear hot-washed rPET flakes produced from traceable post-consumer PET bottles and controlled production waste streams. Our processing system is designed to meet European recycling and packaging requirements, delivering PVC levels below 40 ppm, polycarbonate below 50 ppm, and a uniform 3–10 mm flake size suitable for further decontamination, extrusion, and food-contact recycling processes. With an intrinsic viscosity of ~0.75 dl/g, moisture content below 1.5%, and consistent bulk density, our flakes provide stable performance for bottle-to-bottle, thermoforming, strapping, and fiber applications. Each shipment is quality-controlled and supported by technical documentation, enabling European partners to meet EU recycled-content mandates, plastic tax compliance, and circular-economy standards with confidence.
Allure Impex’s cold-washed clear PET flakes are produced from sorted post-consumer PET bottles and processed through washing and drying without high-temperature treatment. This material is suitable for non-food applications such as fiber, strapping, non-food packaging, and for buyers who intend to re-wash or upgrade the flakes further. Cold-washed flakes offer a cost-effective solution where ultra-low contamination levels are not required.
Allure Impex Trading PLC supplies hot-washed oil PET flakes produced from post-consumer PET bottles collected from edible oil and household product streams. The material is processed through a controlled hot-washing system to effectively remove oils, labels, and surface contaminants, resulting in clean and consistent flakes suitable for sheet extrusion, strapping, fiber production, and non-food packaging applications. This product is classified as non-food contact rPET and is not intended for direct food-contact or bottle-to-bottle recycling. All shipments are quality-controlled and supported by technical documentation to ensure compliance with applicable EU recycling and traceability requirements.

Our HDPE for cap closures is designed for injection moulding applications requiring durability, consistent flow, and excellent dimensional stability. It delivers reliable performance for beverage caps, closures, and household packaging components.
Our masterbatch solutions are used to enhance color, UV resistance, and functional properties of plastic products. Available in a wide range of colors and formulations, they ensure uniform dispersion and consistent performance during processing.
