With an intrinsic viscosity of ~0.75 dl/g, moisture content below 1.5%, and consistent bulk density, our flakes provide stable performance for bottle-to-bottle, thermoforming, strapping, and fiber applications. Allure Impex Trading PLC supplies hot-washed oil PET flakes produced from post-consumer PET bottles collected from edible oil and household product streams. The material is processed through a controlled hot-washing system to effectively remove oils, labels, and surface contaminants, resulting in clean and consistent flakes suitable for sheet extrusion, strapping, fiber production, and non-food packaging applications. This product is classified as non-food contact rPET and is not intended for direct food-contact or bottle-to-bottle recycling. All shipments are quality-controlled and supported by technical documentation to ensure compliance with applicable EU recycling and traceability requirements.
